Refund Policy.

You may request a refund if all of the following conditions are met:

• Your purchase was made within the last 7 calendar days.
• You have accessed less than 20% of the course or program content.
• You submit a written refund request via email with a reason stated.
• Your purchase was made at full price (not during a promotional or discounted period).

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

• More than 7 days have passed since the date of purchase.
• You have accessed 20% or more of the course content.
• The purchase was made during a flash sale, limited-time offer, or with a discount code.
• The product is part of a bundle where other items have already been accessed.
• Monthly membership fees for periods already in progress.
• Duplicate purchase claims made more than 24 hours after the transaction.

To submit a refund request, please email us at hello@christinayaori.com with the following information:

• Full name and email address used at purchase.
• Name of the product or course purchased.
• Date of purchase.
• Reason for requesting a refund.

We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

We understand that unexpected situations occur. If you believe you have a valid reason for a refund that falls outside the standard policy (e.g., technical issues preventing access, accidental duplicate purchase), please contact us and we will review your case individually. CY Project reserves the right to make final decisions on all refund requests at its sole discretion.
