Upon successful payment, you will be granted access to the purchased digital product or course. The following conditions apply:

• Access is granted to the individual purchaser only and is non-transferable.
• You may not share your login credentials or access with any third party.
• Course content is for personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed.
• CY Project reserves the right to update, modify, or remove course content at any time to maintain quality and accuracy.
• Lifetime access, where stated, refers to the lifetime of the product on our platform — not the purchaser's lifetime.

All content on the CY Project platform — including but not limited to video lessons, written materials, templates, frameworks, graphics, and brand assets — is the sole intellectual property of CY Project.

• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any course content without written permission.
• You may not record, screenshot, or screen-capture video content for sharing or redistribution.
• You may not use CY Project content to create competing products or services.
• You may not claim authorship of any content created by CY Project or its instructors.

Violation of intellectual property rights may result in immediate termination of access without refund and potential legal action.

All prices listed on our platform are in the currency displayed at checkout. By completing a purchase, you authorize the corresponding payment to be processed.

• Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
• Promotional pricing is valid only during the stated promotional period.
• Payment must be completed in full before access is granted.
• In the event of a payment failure or chargeback, access may be suspended.

Refunds are subject to our separate Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Refund Policy before making a purchase to understand your eligibility for a refund.

In summary: refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if less than 20% of the course content has been accessed and the purchase was made at full price.

When using our platform, community, or any CY Project service, you agree to:

• Engage respectfully with other members and the CY Project team.
• Not post or share content that is offensive, defamatory, or harmful.
• Not engage in spamming, solicitation, or unauthorized promotion within our community.
• Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of our platform.

CY Project reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these conduct standards, without refund.

CY Project provides educational content intended to help you build knowledge and skills in cross-border e-commerce. However, we make no guarantees of specific financial results, income, or business outcomes.

Results vary based on individual effort, market conditions, prior experience, and many other factors outside our control. Testimonials and case studies shared are not representative of typical results and should not be interpreted as income guarantees.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CY Project shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service in question.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Indonesia.

CY Project reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our products and services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
